Nicest we have ever rented!
Excellent experience both the owner and the management company exceeded our expectations. The house was in beautiful condition and in fact the nicest we have ever rented!

Week to remember at Crew Quarters
We had our daughters wedding on the beach in front of Crew Quarters and the reception was in the backyard/pool area. Members of the wedding party and family stayed in this incredible home the entire week. I cannot recommend this home enough. Everything was top notch. All the amenities we needed were provided and the daily beach set up was much appreciated. We also hosted a day after brunch and a seafood boil for wedding guests during the days following the wedding. Even a year later, we still have guests talk about what a beautiful wedding venue Crew Quarters was.

Fabulous house
Fabulous House.  Our group of 35 stayed there for my daughters wedding this past weekend.  We had the rehearsal dinner at the house -- so much better than a restaurant!  Bring hangers -- only 2 per bedroom.  We had to run out and buy a bunch.  Definitely bring your own TP, dish soap, etc. . .  . . No starter supplies of anything.  Having the tents and chairs set up every morning was wonderful.  I would go back in a heartbeat.

Gold Standard
As a family we have been doing an immediate family reunion on OBX for almost 30 years. Thru the years we have stayed in many homes. Recently we started staying in the newest part of Pine Island .... The Reserve. In fact we have stayed at 5 of the new homes adjacent to Crew Quarters. Crew Quarters is the Gold Standard. It the homes layout, the amenities, the services and the ease of dealing directly with the management team is absolutely the best! We will be back!!

Can the outdoor pool be heated?

Answer:

Yes!  Pool Heat is an optional service available for an additional charge.  The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat and will not go above 84 degrees and will not heat when the outside air temperature is below 65 degrees.  The water temperature cannot be guaranteed as it is affected by wind and outside weather conditions. 

How many people can be hosted for an event?

This home sleeps 40 people, but can accommodate up to 80 guests for an event. 

Can this be used for a wedding and reception space?

Yes!  Crew Quarters allows events up to 80 guests with no additional event fee.
