What to Bring

STANDARD AMENITIES

All properties are equipped with complete kitchens including full size appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, stove, oven, and microwave.  Dishes, glassware, and silverware are provided for at least 1.5 times the number of people a home accommodates to make sure there is adequate kitchenware.  Pots and pans, cookware, and bake ware are also provided including serving bowls, Tupperware and utensils.

Small appliances such as a coffeemaker, blender, toaster and can opener are provided.  However, if you require specialty appliances such as a food processor, crockpot, or coffee grinder during your stay, please bring them as they are most likely not provided.  Kitchen linens such as dish towels, napkins, and any paper products are NOT provided, so make plans to pack them or purchase them at the local grocery store.  Kitchen linens are included in the linen package.  Spices and condiments are also not provided due to OSHA Health and Safety Standards.

Bedrooms supply pillows, mattress pads and bedspreads for all beds.  Additional blankets are often not provided so please bring a few just in case.  Irons and ironing boards are generally not provided so please bring your own.  All properties in Atlantic Realty's program have central air conditioning and heat and internet access (unless noted in the property description).
