One thing that sets 11th Hour Weddings & Events apart is that we are not just your planner — we are also your rental source. You do not need to spend hours hunting down tables from one vendor, linens from another, and place settings from a third. We have everything in house, and we bring it all to you. You can even hire us for rentals and decor only!
For a rehearsal, anniversary, birthday or family reunion dinner, whether inside or poolside, we can supply wooden or linen covered resin tables, chairs, full table settings with your choice of china, chargers, and gold or silver flatware, cloth napkins, gauze or taffeta runners, centerpieces, votives, candles, and signage. For a welcome party on the deck or in the great room, we have cocktail tables, café string lighting — both indoor and outdoor — lanterns, décor, and the finishing touches that turn a rental home into an event space. Whatever the evening calls for, we can outfit it.
Every rental includes delivery, setup, and takedown by our staff — all included in the cost, with no extra fees added. We iron linens on site so there are never any hanger lines. Our staff stays on site during the event to handle any last-minute adjustments, which means you are not managing logistics — you are enjoying the evening.
We also offer a free consultation to talk through your vision, and if you add our Planning and Directing services, our team can walk through your venue or event home in person — or virtually — to help you select the right pieces while staying within your budget. If you have already booked your home or venue and just need someone to fill in the rental gaps, we can do that too. We can step in at whatever stage of the process you are in.
