We stayed at Austin just after Christmas and had an incredible experience. The house felt bright, comfortable, and was clearly very well thought out. The oceanfront views are unreal, and being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean never got old. We were fortunate enough for our visit to coincide with a wolf moon and watching that from the living room was AMAZING! The top-floor layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open, which made it easy to cook, play games, work on puzzles, and just hang out together without ever feeling cramped. There was plenty to do even though we were there in the offseason, but to be honest we could just stay in the house the entire trip and be entertained the entire time. The house had EVERYTHING. Between the game room, theater, fitness room, and arcade games, there was always something going on. The outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable. There is a ton of deck space for sitting, reading, sitting in the hot tub or just taking in the views. Everything about the house felt easy and comfortable. It's perfect for a big group looking to spend time together without feeling on top of each other. I also have to mention that Ann-Marie and the entire Atlantic Realty team were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We’d absolutely 10000% stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
