321 Sunseeker

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here! The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beautiful beach (if you want to be near a lifeguard, just walk an additional block over to Byrd Street). House was clean and well-maintained. Yes, the house is dated with mismatched furnishings, but that's part of the charm! We really appreciated the fact that all of the beds were made (with clean sheets) before we arrived, each bed had a clean set of bath towels (sealed in plastic) on it when we arrived, and there wasn't a list of things we had to do upon checkout (besides empty the fridge and take out the trash)! The outdoor hose (in the garage area) was great for washing sand off everything...as was the outdoor shower! The covered parking was great...I could even fit my SUV with a Thule cargo box on top into the garage area. It was nice having the multi-level deck with picnic table; you can see ocean between a few houses from the top level. There were plenty of outdoor deck chairs, but we would recommend (to the owner) to add a couple more comfortable ones (like the plastic ones that recline) to the top level. It was great having a fan in the master bedroom and central A/C that kept every part of the house nice and cool! We enjoyed several of the very close restaurants; Duck Donuts and High Cotton BBQ are a 2-minute drive, and Barrier Island Bagels wasn't much further than that. Harris Teeter grocery store was within 5 minutes of the house.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Atlantic was extremely communicative and helpful. Will be watching this places availability in the future! Balcony and deck makes this place the best!!

Great house in a great location! Being only a block from the beach access, it was a quick walk every day to enjoy the sand and seaside. We loved how much space the house had as we were able to hang out in the evenings without sitting on top of each other too. Check in was easy and the towels and sheets were packaged clean for each room. Rental had quick responses via text should anything come up, even just making sure check in was up to par! Being in Kitty Hawk it was a 30ish min trip up to Corolla and roughly the same to Nags Head/ Roanoke which were great little afternoon/ evening trips. We will definitely remember this house for next year!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!  Great location.  Very quiet.  Loved the porch and upper deck.  I appreciate the paper towels and toilet paper to get us started for the week!

This house was absolutely perfect! I love older, smaller beach houses and renting this one reminded me of being a kid again. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is such a short walk away. Really appreciated the outdoor shower and the deck on top of the house; we could see the ocean up there despite being a few rows back! Overall: clean, comfortable, affordable house that I would absolutely rent again!

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation! The location was awesome with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is on the small side but was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean, which was so important to us during this COVID pandemic. The linens and towels were all cleaned and wrapped to ensure this! The checkout was super easy! Overall this house exceeded my expectations!
