Paradise

This property is amazing. Second time staying here. It is the perfect size if you have a big family or even multiple families. Very well equipped, very clean and updated. Access to the beach is incredible and just a short drive to other amenities. The name for this property fits because it's Definitely Ocean's Paradise. The Staff at Atlantic Realty are Awesome! Amazing stay

Ocean paradise was everything we wanted in a vacation home. Plenty of space, well equipped, and access to the beach is unbeatable. Just a short drive to shopping and places to eat. We are very much looking forward to coming back next year, and might even consider this as having found our permanent place

Incredible!

We booked this house a few days before heading here for vacation. This house was perfect for our family. There were 13 people there- children ages 1,3,5, and adults up to 92 years old. Everybody had a wonderful time. The elevator in the house was such a blessing... the house is very large and we all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space (there were even a few rooms that we didn?t need to use). The kitchen is equipped w tons of dishes/utensils and pots/pans. The views are incredible and took less than a minute to walk out the private pier to the beach. Everyday we went out and played in the sand. We didn?t need our wagon that we brought to lug all our beach stuff with- the beach was so close it was easy to run back and forth. We didn?t use the pool bc of the chilly temperature but the hot tub(s!) were so nice. The decks and sun porch were great too- every day our 5 year old asked to sit on the sun porch and do her kindergarten homework. Sunrises were sooooo pretty to watch from the kitchen level or top decks. The northern lights bakery/coffee shop was delicious and so close... the wild horse tours was fun... The whole week was incredible. My family does not usually return to the same place more than once but this would be one place we?d want to come to over and over again. Thanks to the owner for sharing their wonderful place and to Atlantic realty for helping the rental process go so smoothly. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Private Pools are generally open mid-May through mid- October weather permitting. Any deviation will be listed in the property description or amenity list.

We are currently taking tentative reservations for 2022 with a $50 holding fee. Once rates and dates are finalized by the Owner in the Fall of 2021, we will confirm 2022 reservations.

Is there maintenance available if something goes wrong with the hot-tub or other appliances during the stay?

Yes! The Atlantic Realty offices are open 7 days a week to answer any questions or respond to maintenance issues during your stay. We are also available after hours should there be an emergency such as a water leak or lockout.

Answer:

Baby equipment is not provided in any of our homes due to the possibility of recall. We recommend guests either bring their own furniture or rent them from a local company in the area. There are several who will deliver the equipment right to the vacation rental home. Check out our Explore the Shore Page for discounts on local services.
