This place was great! We had a last-minute opportunity to come down to OBX for a few days during the week and this spot was perfect! The team at Atlantic Realty were wonderful and accommodating! The property is exactly as seen and the view off of the kitchen/den is perfect! We loved it and plan on coming back to the Miller home next year!

Having come to OBX the past 10 plus years, this was one of our favorite rentals. It is as close to the peaceful Kitty Hawk Beaches as you can get, without being on the beach...which means more money. We had no pets and you would not know it was a pet friendly place. No smells and impeccably clean. We had multiple generations under one roof with all we needed. The appliances, decor, mattresses, bathrooms were all top notch and the paint on the interior seemed brand new. We truly loved all Miller had to offer . Just as a tip, those with mobility issues need to perhaps navigate the dunes to the beach, but we've found this true for most of OBX lately due to efforts to protect the beach and properties. Thanks Atlantic Realty and Miller's!!

My family loved our stay in OBX. The house was perfect for us. Very beachy, clean and comfortable. But not so fussy that we had to keep it neat all the time. We were able to really enjoy our vacay. Perfectly located , too, so we were able to visit all the sites like the Wright brothers museum and several lighthouses without losing beach time. And the beach was as great- not crowded and beautiful .

What a great house! Members of our family met for thanksgiving and what a wonderful time we had. The views are fantastic! We got so much use from the hot tub and fireplace. The kitchen was very well equipped no problem making thanksgiving dinner, we had multiple generations and the multi levels were perfect. Both living areas came in handy. Lots of games and puzzles and easy access to the beach. It was close to many restaurants and other stores. Would rent again in a minute!

The Miller was perfect for our family beach week. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and close to plenty of restaurants in Kitty Hawk. The kitchen is well-stocked and we cooked together most nights. We also appreciated the deck with the ocean view, and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

This is a nice 5 bedroom home with five bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the ocean views are wonderful. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The carpets are somewhat worn, but it is a great rental that allows dogs. We had a family get-together with 9 people and were very comfortable.

We rented this semi-ocean front home from Atlantic Realty this week (first week of October 2020) and our house is great! We received a welcome bag with some magazines and coupons in it and the house is better than expected. (313 Miller). Only a few minor things (missing screens in master, master bathtub is a little dirty, a sticky door to the hot tub and not many grassy areas for our dog with cactus she steps in). I'm surprised that the realty company didn't check in with us to see if everything is okay, usually when I rent vacation homes we get some sort of check in call. All in all the house is great and the view is worth a million bucks. We would definitely stay again.
