165 Knot for Sail

We had a fabulous stay at Knot for Sail! The sound view was simply stunning and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from both the top deck and also sitting at the end of our dock! Beach was a super short walk across the street. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed making a seafood boil and had all the appliances/cookware we needed. We loved the Sonos sound system and had music playing every day. The nights were chilly so we absolutely loved spending time in the hot tub under the stars. This rental did not disappoint and Ann Marie was quick to respond with any questions we had! We can't wait to return one day soon! Thank you Atlantic Realty! Highly recommend staying here!

My high school girlfriends and I had an annual reunion at this lovely vacation home for the week. The home is spacious, immaculate and amazing. Each floor is beautifully decorated. Great attention to detail is showcased throughout the home. Upon entering and gazing at the open floor plan, we were pleasantly surprised and began to sink into our relaxing get-away. The bedrooms are comfortable with comfortable mattresses, most with views and have tvs in every room. The attached bathrooms are luxurious, not to mention the convenience of the additional one on the top floor just off the living area and kitchen. The living room sofa is perfect and seats multiple people comfortably. There are also cozy nooks for reading a good book. We enjoyed the decks for drinking your morning coffee, eating lunch or dinner and for viewing evening pink and orange sunsets. One deck overlooks the water with a gorgeous walk-out dock. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is stocked with all new items you need for cooking. It is adjacent to a large dining table where we enjoyed many meals and celebrated two of our friend?s birthdays. Anne Marie, our host, was readily available to help with questions and recommendations. She had bikes delivered to our house before we could blink an eye. And, did we say hot tub and fire pit?! Overall, we loved our beach home for the week and wished we could stay forever. Thank you!!

We stayed at Knot for Sail right after Christmas and had an amazing stay. The house was fantastic and the views were simply AMAZING. There were 5 adults and 2 kids, but we never felt cramped or wanting for space. The open layout of the top floor was perfect for conversation and cooking...and I have to say again...the VIEWS WERE AMAZING. We enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen. We highly recommend staying here.
