092 The Kaerolla Dawn

Owners have thought of and provided all the little things-night lights, more than well-appointed kitchen supplies, lots of silverware and glasses, hooks on back of bathroom doors, motion sense lights for back porch to 6-foot high fenced in yard, labels on light and fan switches, lots of excellent outdoor furniture, gate on deck so your furry friends or small children don’t wander off. We appreciated the game assortment and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub spa. This was a perfect set up for two families to have privacy with each taking one “side”’of the 2nd floor. There is a powder room on the top floor as well and lots of comfy seating. Thanks for sharing your home. It has been perfect for us and our dogs.

My family and I just came back from a week staying at Kaerolla Dawn. We were nervous... not many reviews... we loved this property!! Our golden doodle came along too and had the time of her life!The private pool was great. It is small, but they are all small. It was just what we wanted. It was just something else to do in the sunshine. The hot tub was great for nighttime fun. We celebrated my son's graduation, he had a couple friends down. It was the perfect amount of beds. Everybody had a great time. The large open kitchen was amazing for feeding a large group every night. Gas grill was awesome because we did take advantage of that and grilled several times.&It's an older home so you have to know that. Many of the houses in the Outer Banks are older and you just have to be able to roll with that. We absolutely loved it. It was clean when we arrived. We chose to bring our own linens which was great and easy. The house was well stocked. Like well-stocked. The last house we had didn't even have paper towels or a trash bag upon arrival. But everything was here. The multiple decks are definitely awesome and really appreciated the fenced in backyard with a dog it was nice.The laundry room was great,  we were able to clean stuff all week. I even vacuumed the whole house several times while I was there lolAll of the kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It's a little bit of a hike to the beach. But not outrageous.I will take the longer walk to the beach for the private pool and hot tub any day. If I have to be picky and give some kind of negative feedback, I did not like the bedrooms not having two nightstands on either side. There was nowhere to put any of my regular nighttime things. Other than that I don't really have any complaints. Everything was great we had no issues with the property at all. Keyless entry was amazing. The pool guy came several times during the week to check the levels of everything. So that was impressive. The neighborhood location was also great,  so family oriented. All week kids were playing in the court in the evening with their families, it was just awesome and definitely what you think about when you think of the Outer Banks.  We will definitely use Atlantic again and even stay at this house again.Thank you Kaerolla Dawn for contributing to our family and friends making a ton of memories together. It was honestly the first trip we've ever had where we didn't do a damn thing. It was fabulous.

we have stayed here twice with my family and digs! Its a beautiful home and so close to the beach! My husband and I had our honeymoon here. This is such a relaxing area with beautiful scenery. We can't wait to come back again!
