When reserving a home, please pay special attention to the number listed for occupancy. Our occupancy limits are determined by local health laws on homes served by septic systems and must be adhered to. The number of people each home can accommodate is listed on each description. Every adult and child must have their own bed (no sleeping on the floors!) Only babies which sleep in a crib can be excluded from the occupancy count. Exceeding property occupancy is subject to expedited eviction with NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PARKING-- Please be advised that parking capacity at the majority of our properties in never more than the number of bedrooms. For example, a 3 bedroom home would typically have parking for 3 cars, and a 4 bedroom home would have parking for 4 cars. Very few properties have parking for more than 5 cars even for properties having more than 5 bedrooms. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSIDER LIMITING THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES YOU BRING TO THE OUTER BANKS. WITH YOUR HELP, WE CAN REDUCE TRAFFIC AS WELL AS IMPROVE YOUR VACATION AND THE ENVIRONMENT. Parking regulations are enforced in many areas of the Outer Banks and if your car is parked on the street in front of your property, you risk being ticketed or towed.

Events such as parties, weddings, or receptions are prohibited.

It is the policy of Atlantic Realty to rent only to family groups due to our obligations to our owners. We lease properties without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status of any party. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family goup is defined as: unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any other group-type situation including fraternities, school or civic groups. Properties are patrolled on a regular basis. Violaters may be subject to expedited eviction with NO REFUNDS OF RENT with exception of such security deposits as may be required by the Residential Tenant Security Deposit Act. IDs must be furnished if requested.

NC Gen. Stat. 14-100 makes it a crime to obtain any rental unit under false pretenses.
