Checking In and Out of your vacation home is easy!

Check-In Time is 4 PM.

Please do not try to arrive before that time. We have a very small window of opportunity to clean, inspect, and get any maintenance done between guests. Please give us all of the time that we need so that you will arrive at a house that is just perfect.

All properties north of Duck will check-in/check-out at our Corolla office. All other properties will check-in/check-out at our Kitty Hawk office.

If you expect to arrive after hours, please notify our rental office so arrangements for your keys and directions can be made.

Check-Out is at 10 AM.

We strictly enforce this Check Out time so that we have ample opportunity to prepare the home for the next guests just as we did for you. Sorry, no late check outs -- No exceptions! Keys must be returned to our office upon check-out.

Atlantic Realty recommends Early Check Out to beat the summer traffic. If you decide to leave before our office is open, please drop your keys and property survey in our drop box. We'll take care of the rest.
