There is a minimum security deposit of $300 or a $50 damage waiver fee charged for each rental property. This ammount is due with the balance of your rent 30 days prior to arrival. Providing a satisfactory inspection of the property after you leave, your security deposit will be refunded 45 days from your date of CHECK OUT. In lieu of the security deposit, Atlantic Realty offers the Damage Waiver program. For a $50 non-refundable fee, a damage waiver can be purchased which provides up to $1500 for accidental damage coverage to the premises during your stay.
