Atlantic Realty is proud to offer Mid-Week and End of the Week cleaning services to spruce up the property during your stay.

Your vacation home will be clean as can be when you arrive, but trips back and forth to the beach can take its toll on the neatest of homes. We know your on vacation, so who wants to clean?

If you wish to schedule a Mid-Week Clean or End of the Week Clean, just give us a call after you get settled in. We also provide a cleaning request form in every Check In package for convenience.

An appointment may be made for Mid-Week cleans to be performed on Wednesday (for Saturday Check Ins) or Thursday (for Sunday Check Ins).

If you would prefer to have the cleaning done at the end of your stay, to save you from having to straighten up on the very last day of your vacation, let us know that you would like an End of the Week Clean.

The price for each clean varies from property to property based on Bedrooms and Baths. Please call our office for a quote or consult the cleaning request form. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Your Mid-Week Clean and End of the Week Clean includes:

* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms

* Vacuuming traffic areas - entry, stairs, hallways, bedroom and living areas (personal belongings should be cleared from these areas).
Housekeepers are not permitted to touch or move your belongings; they will clean around your things and enter sleeping areas only to vacuum and clean bathrooms.

* Touching up kitchen - cleaning floors, wiping down counters and appliances and emptying trash containers.
