The house was really beautiful,clean and stocked well.We loved the location and want to come back and stay at Seaclusion.It was our best house yet! Roomy,well decorated,nice pool.Never had to place a call all week on any problems well taken care of by you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, had great features and came complete with lots of extras. We loved the hot tub and heated pool. The pool table was nice. The bar upstairs was great. They had everything you need for baby - crib, pack and play, highchair and lots of gates. There were board games for the kids to play. This location is prime! The views from the deck were incredible. It was so nice to have your own private dock to walk out on and private beach access. We had 5 families - 10 adults and 8 kids - and had plenty of room. The only negatives with this house were the grill (which was a total grease pit, had a bad ignitor and broken side burner) and the grown up weeds around the pool (had to be on the lookout for sandspurs). Altantic Realty was very nice to deal with. The Amentity package is a bonus, but we could only take advantage of the golf offering as all other specials ended after Labor Day. We would absolutely stay at this house again and recommend it to anyone!

520 Seaclusion was a comfortable house situated on a beautiful beach-front location. We had 15 adults staying at the house. It was spacious enough so that we didn't feel cramped, and yet cozy enough that we could all enjoy eating dinner together -- and have morning coffee together on the deck! I was a little worried when we first arrived. Check in was at 4pm and the house was not ready for us to occupy until 6 pm. The person who cleaned the house did an outstanding job, but, in reality, I don't think any one person could "totally" clean a house that size in just 2 hours. Little things were neglected -- no tips on the cue sticks, so we couldn't play pool. No gas for the grill -- we did buy a tank refill and Atlantic Realty reimbursed us -- but, still a minor inconvenience. Check out rules say you must wash all dishes and put them back in the cabinets, yet, we had to unload the 2 dishwashers when we arrived. Would I stay again? Probably. But, please respect the renter's expectation to check in on time. And, as a courtesy to your renters, perhaps you could offer some sort of consolation for inconveniencing them at the beginning of their vacation....just something to show your commitment to creating a wonderful vacation experience for them.

This vacation home offered everything we could ask for. It was clean upon arrival & we didn't even notice the mid-week pool cleaning person. What an added bonus with the sheets & towels provided! The only suggestion we have is the concrete around the pool area. In some spots there is concrete blocks. Grass & weeds grow up in these areas and it was also very difficult for little ones to walk on the concrete, their feet would slip into the holes. If the owner would fill this in with poured concrete, we would make this a repeat vacation home for years to come. Overall-this is an awesome house!

Fourteen members of our extended family, including 6 teenagers, spent the week reuning at Seaclusion. We loved it. Between the beach, the pool and the spa there was plenty for both the kids and the adults. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking implements, the bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The family room area is well laid out.

Had a great week at Seaclusion beach house. It was the perfect location, and I have never stayed in a house that had such a well stocked kitchen. The house was beautiful with alot of room. There were 12 of us and there something there for all of us. (Pool table, bigscreen tv, the view of the beach and the pool was great.) We all loved it. Thanks sooo much!!!!
