This house was beautiful. Some things that would have made it better: an elevator, A crock pot, A pizza cutter, & A larger front deck to see the ocean better. This was a terrific House- =very comfy and clean. Close to lots of things. Would stay there again.

Great house & location. Just bring sun screen and food. Just the right size for four couples, some kids, and friends who stopped by and stayed for two days. Booked for next year.

I stayed at this house the last weekend of April with some friends. The house is absolutely beautiful! Several of us had our own room and bathroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen/dining area was wonderful accommodating all 8 of us! It was a perfect location being right across the road from the beach. We also really enjoyed the hot tub situated on one of the upper decks. Although the pool was not open yet because it was so early in the season, I'm sure it would be wonderful in the late summer! I would absolutely stay here again, and plan on it! And make sure u pop down the road for some Duck Donuts while you are there, they were yummy!

The Painted Lady is a beautiful beach house. It has wonderful views from every window, deck, and porch. The bedrooms are very nice and the beds are comfy. The hot tub is very big and fits alot of people! The kitchen is large and is stocked with lots of supplies. I have stayed in many rentals on the outerbanks, and by far this is the best for location, comfort and cleanliness.

The Painted Lady is a beautifully decorated meticulous home that offers spacious living space, gorgeous views, with a beachy atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large beach house with family and friends. I personally enjoyed a soothing and fun-filled weekend at this beautiful home. Thank you!

The house is beautiful with such fun and bright colors! The location is great and easy to get to. We had such a great time hanging out on the decks and in the hot tub!! What a great place to get away and escape life!!!! Thank you Myra!

What a wonderful house! The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. Very clean! Love the views of the ocean and easy beach access. We enjoyed biking to restaurants.

We have stayed the past 3 years and will be again this year. House is immaculate! Perfect house for a larger family and w/the pool table, hot tub and inground pool there is plenty to do for all.

Not only was the house exquisite, the view breathtaking and even on rainy days we felt like we were in heaven, the owners were so hospitable that we will definitely put this house on our list in the future to rent. The night before we were to check out they brought us homeade sweet potatoe and ham biscuits for breakfast the next morning! Atlantic realty is a supberb place to rent from and we will use them again. Thanks for the wonderful amenities and great family vacation memories! Ps. family fun program that comes with free golf was a huge plus!!

You have to stay here. We have stayed here the last couple of years and love it. Beautiful decor with rooftop hot tub, easy access to the beach. Loved the improvements this year with the pool table and bed/linen service.

Atlantic realty was wonderful to deal with!! We were pleasantly surprised when our house was ready an hour earlier than expected! Very polite staff. The Painted lady is a gorgeous, well decorated, well equipped, and clean house! The location couldn't have been better. We had a perfect view of the ocean and a two minute drive from Atlantic realty. Liked best...the layout of the house, and the pool! Plenty of parking area Liked least....small front deck, outside shower wasn't working but was easily fixed!

We've stayed in lots of OBX homes over the years, and The Painted Lady rates as one of the best. It's a beautiful home as you can see from the ad pictures. The bedroom lay-out provides privacy and you can hear very little noise from the rest of the house. Views of the ocean were great from 3 floors and having 3 family areas - the pool table room (nice upgrade from the foosball shown in the pictures), the large living room, and the sun room - gave everyone the option of either congregating or separating. Although there are no beachfront decks, there is a front porch with decent ocean views, and the lounge chairs on the upper side deck provided a comfortable place to read and enjoy the ocean sights and sounds. I highly recommend this beautiful house and thank the staff at Atlantic Realty for offering such a lovely retreat for vacationers.
