We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Outer Banks in July, 2010. It was our first extended family vacation. The house was perfect for our family... each group had their own private space, but the common areas were large enough for us to enjoy each other. The atlantic Realty staff was very helpful and professional. We had a problem with the washer that was corrected immediately. The house and grounds were well kept and clean. The location was great, although not right on the beach. It was close enough that we could walk.

Great stay with 5 teenagers. Close to beach. Direct beach access literally across the street. Very clean. Nice pool.

We loved Precious Moments. It was a very convenient location. The pool was a little small but nice. Rooms are large and comfortable. Tv"s were great and loved the screened in porch. Would definately look for this house again!!

The house was close to the beach with a great private pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed. The washing machine broke on Wednesday and was not fixed. We really need the washer. The lady at check in office was not very helpful. When I ask her question her answer was "Information is in the envelop".

When looking for a place to stay, Atlantic Realty was extremely helpful in recommending properties to ensure my friends and I would have a great time. Upon arrival the house was clean and the rooms actually looked better in real life than what they looked like in the pictures. The walls were freshly painted and all of the floors/bathrooms etc were clean. During our stay I had to contact the management company regarding the pool (no problems just a quick question) and they were very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The beach is directly across the street which was nice on days when the pool just wasn't enough. There are lot's of restaurants within walking distance and/or a short drive away which was very convenient for us during our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and will definitely use Atlantic Realty to help arrange my next visit. Thank you! :)

The house was great. especially the fact that we booked it just about 4 days before we checked in. i looked high and low all over the outerbanks and after two days of searching i found this perfect house. i was looking for pool hot tub and semi close to the water and this was perfect. you see i have been coming to the obx every summer for the past 15 years (usually staying up in corolla and booking the house ten months in advance) and this year almost didnt happen but with a little help from a generous homeowner it happened and the tradition was able to be carried on. thanks to atlantic realty and the owner of precious moments you guys have bridged the gap thanks NICK MARKS

Our family chose this place based on a recommendation from a co-worker and we couldn't have been happier. The house was in great shape, very clean and fully stocked with every thing we could possibly need. It is a 50 yard walk to a wonderful private beach and the inground pool provided a great alternative for the kids when the adults wanted to leave the beach. We would definitely want to go back to the Outer Banks and rent this house again!
