This place is absolutely AWESOME!!!! It has beautiful views, all the ammenities of home, is VERY comfortable and close enough to the ocean that you can walk right to the beach and you can even hear the calming sound of the waves. I will try to get the Scoobie Shak any time we go to the beach.

Atlantic Realty was very accomodating as we did not have a full week to spend out at the OBX. The Scooby Shack was great, had everything we needed. The location is awesome, just a very short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed just relaxing at the house, hanging out at the beach, and being able to grill and make our meals right there. It was pretty windy, cloudy but still around 75 to 80. The grill wasn't cleaned by the last person who used it but a little soap and water took care of that. Being from Iowa, we were amazed at the beaches, ocean and sanddunes. Going to Jockey Ridge State Park was probably a highlight for us. Our vacation was with our 3 young adult children and when they tell people back here what a great time they had, it makes us so happy we chose this place!

It is a great cottage with nice ocean views and the first week we could even hear the ocean! The house is kept very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything was comfortable and convenient to find. It was big enough to allow us to have friends over and everyone who came commented on what a nice beach cottage it is. The neighbors were very friendly. We hated to leave!
