The house is nice, closed enough to the beach but a little bit more than 300 ft as advisrtised. It has a lot of toys & stuff to entertain kids.

Sunny D-Lite was OK. We were there with 3 adult children. At times, I felt the place was too small for all of us. All and all, it was nice, but next time I will rent a place with more living area. The rental catalog was somewhat misleading in the distance to the beach. Was much farther than 300 feet decribed in the catalog. Catalog also stated there was a stereo...turned out to be a portable cd/radio with poor reception. All rooms had televisions, that would have been great if we had small children, but our adult children wanted to hang with us and there just didn't seem to be enough space for the 5 of us in the den.

Your advertisement about the "family fun package" is very misleading and a huge disappointment!! My family was not aware that the package was for "one admission" per activity as that is not stated anywhere until you receive your packet upon arrival. The statement that the package is a $235 savings is not true either. The rental was nice and vacation was too, but your family fun package is false advertising as it doesn't add up to $235. Disappointed with the offer/package. Will most likely reserve with a privately owned property next time.

The house was located in a very good area of OBX, close to everything and a short walk to the beach, Had a great mini vacation!

This is a very nice condo for the money, we had some neighbors staying next door that liked to party a lttle too much but other than that is was okay.

The process of renting, even relatively last-minute, went smoothly and easily, as did check-in. The house was in a great location, just a short walk to beach access and our favorite coffee shop. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. A game room and video library kept us entertained despite the weather. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every day, although it's location, behind the house where there is no doorway or access to living area, was a little odd. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the house. It was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. My only complain is that the washer and dryer was located outside the house in a seperate room. It was hard doing the laundry. The hot tub was perfect. The kids loved playing in it after being on the beach. We would rent again from this house.

We have stayed with many rental agencies on the outer banks over the last 15 years and Atlantic has been the best. They took the time to call a day into our vacation to see if everything was okay with the rental unit. The rental was super clean which we really appreciated -- other vacations the first day was spent cleaning the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint beach house. We were impressed with the extras this house had to offer-hot tub, bikes, ping pong table and hammock.The previous renter's lost hermit crab brought some screams and then laughter when we observed its painted shell. The oak flooring and white walls made the house seem cleaner. Just to let you know, the hall bathroom continued to smell after cleaning and many light blulbs were burnt out. Our only complaint was that the kitchen could have been better equipped. (microwave dishes and larger pots and pans). We were impressed that the owner was going to bring us a boom box that worked. We didn't need one, but we were just letting them know it didn't work. All in all it was a fine house and a wonderful vacation. The Hogues

This house was so nice to stay at just 5 min walk to the beach, and the house was so relaxing sometimes i didnt want to leave at all.

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we had a great time. The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone and nicely decorated. The only thing that we were missing was an ironing board, but we improvised. There were lots of things to keep us occupied at the house while not at the beach, especially the hot tub. Very nice. The game room was fun as well. Although the walk to the beach was not so short, it was ok. I would certainly recommend staying in this vacation home to my friends and family. Also had very good experience with the realty company. We just could not get in all the sightseeing that we wanted to do and still go home with a tan! The area is just beautiful!
