We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The unobstructed view of the beach was perfect. The kitchen had everything anyone would need to prepare a meal. We will certainly consider coming back again.

Great location with a wonderful view from the top deck. Excellent beach access. We took our dogs and they loved the outside deck. The house has a well stocked kitchen you don't need to bring a thing. The beds in three rooms were comfortable. The fourth room with the washer and dryer in the closet could use the beds replaced although they could suit small children. The outside shower was very well built and the shower head is fixed. We had a great vacation and would stay at Gem by the Sea again.

Great location, access & views. Cottage is nice, neat and well stocked. We had a great time and the cottage suited our needs very well. Pet friendly. The outside shower does not put out much water as the head is well corroded. We are coming back on august 21st and I would like it to be repaired by then as we do like an outside shower. Also, there were 5 beer bottles under the bed in the east front bedroom.
