Walk out your back door and down the ramp to the beach. All your beach items are perfectly safe next to the life guard. Return to fix breakfast or lunch at fully stocked kitchen. Go out every night to sample some of the best seafood dinners you will ever eat. Walk miles on the beach so you don't gain any weight. What could be a more perfect vacation?

The condo was newly renovated and is just lovely. It offers anything possible that I would have wanted in a vacation home. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and spacious. I can't live without internet and it was readily available. I loved the week there.

Enjoyed a springtime getaway on the OBX this year. This condo is newly remodeled, and comfortable. Soothing colors, beachy atmosphere, but not overdone. Very relaxing. Not a far walk to the beach. We have been staying at the Seawalk for many years & will continue to come back.

We've been visiting this unit for many years and it's our favorite place to spend vacation and get-away time. This location has always been an oasis for us with its comfortable furnishings, decor and surroundings. Having been recently renovated and redecorated, it is even more so. Our favorite thing is the wonderful view of the beach and ocean over the dunes from the kitchen, common area and deck...the areas in which at any given moment, we spend most of our time.

The Family Pack was such a treat, we did things that we would not have normally done, and we enjoyed them immensely. The condo had a lot of little extras like, night lights, shell books, restuarant info, sight seeing info, a well stocked kitchen. The only negative thing was that there were 16 steep stairs inside the unit; that was not mentioned in the advertising. Any older visitors would have a hard time with them. Basically, we liked the unit and really enjoyed the ocean views.

The complaint that we disliked the most was the internet connection did not work properly.We have stayed at other places and have had no problems.The beach access was the best attraction of this unit.You where right on the beach in just a few steps. The unit was comfortable.We felt secure with the property.The main TV was a little blury.The kids bought a game console and no way to hook up to TV. No video inputs. Over all good time
