place was clean, easy beach access,great time.nice and quite area.I could not find a place to grill,it needs one.

We really loved our Seawalk condo rental in the Outer Banks. It is located in the heart of all the Outer Banks action and we loved coming out the back sliding door right onto the beach. Extremely convenient!! We have already requested the same week next year and would love to be in this condo for the 4th of July week as well.

Great location both with regard to closeness to beach and favorite restaurants. Can see and here waves easily and walk there in a couple minutes. Place is newly renovated and looks nice, but had some issues ie: lots of ants on deck and in kitchen and upper bathroom smelled like mildew. Overall, w/o ants and mildew would have been just right for family and a friend.

Large, comfortable 2 story condo. One bedroom downstairs, with it's own bath ... the other upstairs. Convenient location, great ocean views from the living room and a nice kitchen. We'll be back.

This two-story unit is spacious and nicely furnished and equipped. The downstairs bedroom with ensuite bath provides lots of privacy. and both bedrooms are quite large. In addition, the sleep sofa is actually comfortable for adults! Ocean and dune views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony are lovely, and it's very convenient to walk directly out onto the boardwalk. Convenient to restaurants and a great grocery store.

WE LOVE THE OUTER BANKS! BEEN GOING OVER 20 YEARS! A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WE DIDN'T GET THE SMALL GIFT UPON ARRIVAL THIS TIME. I KNOW THAT SEEMS SMALL BUT WHEN YOU ARE SPENDING ALMOST $2,000 FOR A WEEK IT'S NICE TO GET THE GIFT EX COOLER, BEACH BAG. WAS TOLD BY THE OFFICE THAT THE RENTAL PROPERTY PROVIDES IT. WE ALWAYS GOT SOMETHING. ALSO HEARD THAT ATLANTIC REALTY WAS OFFERING DISCOUNTS BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMY AND WE DIDN'T GET ONE. HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. FROM NOW ON I WILL NOT BOOK TIL SPRING. WILL TAKE MY CHANCES. ALOT OF PEOPLE IN MY AREA TRAVEL TO OBX. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO GET A PRICE BREAK. ALL IN ALL WE STILL LOVE OBX! THE HOME WAS NICE MRS RABERS 864 IS STILL OUR FAVORITE! AND THE SEAWALK IS OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY FOR CONVENIENCE!
