The only complain is that during our 2 weeks stay we did not have access to wifi internet. This issue was reported several times, nobody followed up and definitely was not resolved.

This was our first visit to the Outer Banks. We could not have selected a better location or condo. The view from the balcony and the bedroom window were magnificant! The condo was well furnished and the updated kitchen was excellent. We did have an air-cinditioning problem that was vey promptly. The only thing we were disappointed at all with, was that the family fun package that was advertised was not available (except for golf). Maybe this should be included in the on-line advertising. In any event, we loved our stay and talked about bringing the whole family back some time.

Atlantic Realty was great. The condo was small but comfortable. Loved being able to hear the ocean all the time. Convenient to the beach but a lot of steps. Would help if could use the lift upon arrival and departure. An owner was there when we left and was kind enough to let us use the lift to bring down things. Would recommend this condo to only healthy people who don't mind steps.

Atlantic Realty was great. The condo was small but comfortable. Loved being able to hear the ocean all the time. Convenient to the beach but a lot of steps. I enjoyed the fact that the Sands was on the beach and that we could walk out of the condo onto the sand. We seen doplhins and other oceanlife from our balcony. It was really great that the condo had its own washer and dryer.

My husband and I were looking for a place to take a long weekend in celebration of our 1 year anniversary. We were very happy with the great customer service we received from Atlantic Realty, especially the fact that they allowed "mini-vacations" with their rentals. The Sands Unit 5-C is a perfect spot for a beach getaway. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved the views from the covered porch, living room, and master bedroom. We also loved being able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Another bonus with this unit is that it is on the end, so access to the beach is great.

The condo was clean, the steps were not as bad as I thought they would be. Everything worked well the kitchen stove and dishwasher are old but in very good condition. The sound of the waves in the front room was very nice as we slept at night. Check in and check out was a breaze and the staff were very nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and well taken care of. The views of the ocean were GREAT! The only thing I didn't love was trekking up 3 flights of stairs with all our stuff. But, overall a great experience!

My husband and I enjoyed this rental very much. Our two daughters age 8 and 6 loved the bunk beds, separate bath and sand toys in the closet. The double sliding doors are an asset and the views are spectacular!! Optional screened in porch was a nice addition also. Check in/out was a breeze. The easiest we have had so far. Linens were at te condo already and it was very clean. The only 2 complaints I have was the oven did not heat evenly and tended to burn one side of food and undercook other side and there were no chairs/loungers in the pool area. My children like to swim in the pool after the beach while I sun and read and laying on concrete was uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. We got lots of exercise climbing the 46 steps to the top, but the view was worth it! This was the break we needed before a hectic spring began. We would absolutely rent this condo again!
