After a stressful summer we had a very small time frame to take a vacation. We were pleased to find a 1 bedroom condo on the beach that fully satisfied our needs. It was restful and relaxing and the rate fit our budget. The accomodations were great and we enjoyed not only the dune deck, but hours on the beach. We had a small view of the ocean and could hear the waves through the open door. A small table on our condo deck would have been nice, but we still managed to eat several breakfasts and lunches there. The kitchen was equipped so we could cook and eat in when we desired. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and our favorite Outer Banks places - Sam & Omies and Capt. Franks. We had a great dinner at Tale of a Whale on the causeway and lunch at Sugar Shack. Too bad Johns closed the day we arrive:( We started to going to the Outer Banks 29 years ago. Now our children have created their own tradition there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We're so glad you enjoyed the Outer Banks this Fall -- it's our favorite time of year too!! The weather is great, the summer hustle and bustle has slowed and it's peaceful. We can't wait to welcome you back soon!
