My family and I stayed here June 2010, we had the most wonderful time. The condo was absolutely wonderful, had everything we needed and more. To be able to wake up and watch the sunrise over the ocean is more than words can say. We will always use atlantic Reality, the Family Fun Package is a great deal, can't wiat to get back

Great location nice views, needs some updating. Nice quiet setting with walking distance to several restaurants. Would like to stay there again but they no longer accept pets and the rates went up quite a bit from last year. Too bad I really like Atlantic Realty and the Breakers

Older place, takes dogs, great location and the view was outstanding. Needs some updating but was clean and quiet we enjoyed our 3 weeks there very much. Atlantic is very accomadating and responded quickly to any questions or problems that we had. Loved the linen package, free tickets and umbrella. Would stay there again great off season rates and within walking distance to several restaurants and Bars

The only complaint that I would have is that the decor is pretty dated. On the beach, small conclave of units, water view deck, plenty of windows, lots' of space for four adults, well appointed kitchen and central to just about everything in Nags Head/KDH the Breaker offered privacy and convenience as well as very good value. Private pool, laundry on premise and off the street parking and secluded entrances make this a very much Melrose Place type atmosphere. The photgraphs do not do it justice - in main photo you see the top floor of three units, there is a bottom floor that exits to a courtyard that you do not see. Must see to appreciate. We would return, just hope that the owners will slap on a few coats of new paint.

Great Location! Perfect Size! Quiet, even with young families present. Appliances could use an upgrade, but it was a good excuse to eat out.

The Breakers is a great place for a family vacation. There is a pool and stairs right to the beach with a deck that is great for watching the sun come up and go down. We come to The Breakers every year.
