Atlantic Realty

We've rented from atlantic Realty almost yearly for the past 10 years. Great service with reservations and check-in/out. This home was comfortable with great views. Would love to stay again. Only improvements I would suggest at this point would be to throw away several pots/pans and restock with new. Some are not fit to cook with. Would be an inexpensive improvement in the kitchen. Cut back the path to the beach.

The home is lovely, especially the open floor plan upstairs. Quiet, clean and spacious. Definitely would rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, it was really nice. The only problem we had was trouble connecting to the internet, the signal was really low most times. Also, we were picking up low signals from neighbors which made it difficult at first to figure out which network belonged to the house. Really nice home, would stay there again.

This is a beautiful home, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The upstairs living room/dining room/kitchen combination is wonderful, with windows all around for another great view of the ocean. The hot tub is great. The amenities were very good also. The only downside is everything down in the carport area...the home was recently rehabbed and there were contractor nails all over the driveway. The old hot tub was filled with water and it appeared a group of mosquitos had made the tub their home. Also, there are broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. in the laundry room which really should have been thrown out, as they were no longer useful to anyone. This part of the property made the house look trashy. Also, I would suggest widening the driveway for renters who have more than one car - you can't drive around each other, which makes it a hassle if you want to leave. However, I still think this is a fantastic vacation house which would be made even better if the car port/laundry room areas were cleaned up. I think that Atlantic Realty is the best vacation realty companies in the Outer Banks and I will always rent through them!!

We have been renting this home for many years. Our experience since Atlantic Realty has taken over has been fantastic. Any issue (we were the first family to rent after the renovations) that has come up has been taken care of ASAP. The new remodel configuration took us a few days to get used to, but the improvements were outstanding. It is great to now have a covered portion of the deck to sit out and enjoy a rainy day. The only thing lacking is a dune top deck/walkway to the beach. The natural growth of the dunes has limited the pathway to the beach as the years have gone by. This home's location and amenities make us come back year after year.
