In terms of price, location, and service...this was perfect for us. The huge window in the front was great to watch the sunrises and large waves from Hurricane Earl. You have unobstructed views of the ocean, so it almost like you are ocean front. Only thing I would have liked to have had was a larger deck on the front of the house. Other than that...perfect and great service!

Loved the location. Directly across the road from the beach. In the mornings, it was fantastic to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the front window. We loved being able to just take a walk on the beach at any time without having to drive. Great response from atlantic Realty for items found not working in the house (TV replaced in a bedroom, towel rack that was broken was replaced). A good place to stay for the rental rate.

Very well kept clean home for a pet friendly rental. Excellant location, would recommend for people without pets. Close to Restaurants and the Brew-Thru. Would consider purchasing if it was for sale.

Was only able to stay on the Outer Banks four days and to find a pet friendly house that would take daily rentals was great! Almost There was exactly that! Great view of the ocean out the picture window and only a few feet away after crossing beach road. Next best thing to being oceanfront. House was very clean, well organized, and offered everything we needed. Definitely would consider renting again.

Lovely home, had almost everything we needed. A great view of the ocean, and a good location. The plumming and some of the fixtures are a little dated. We called the agency 2 different times. Water was standing in the laundry room floor, and we never could figure out where it came from. The commode in the master bath leaked, and someone came and fixed it. We had a wonderful relaxing time.
