This house has a great location and plenty of bedroom and living space. The wood beam ceiling is beautiful. The bathrooms and laundry area are outdated and cramped.

Very poor up keep. Furniture broken, Central air needs major work (the outside unit must be as old as the house). House would only cool down at night to 80 degrees. I can understand why it has been on the market so long. With out major work it probaly will not sell.

Our family stayed at this housein Oct09. We loved it. Great location, short walk to the beach, Ben Franklin and our favorite,HOTLINE.Thanx for a great week, would rent this one again.

Very nice beach house. Plenty of room and well furnished.Lots of beach accessories. Short walk to the beach. The few complaints that we had were rectified immediately. Will return in the future.
