The house is in a great location - just a five minute walk to the public beach access and shops and restaurants. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were what was expected. As previous poster mentioned, we did have a small ant problem in the kitchen, but it was not bothersome. The house is listed as non-smoking, but we arrived to a distinctive smoke smell in the living room, which we remedied by keeping the fans on and windows open to air it out. Great little house for families on a budget looking for a place to relax.

We had a great vacation while staying at the Flavin. It was in the perfect location and was the perfect size. It was well kept and clean. We had a really bad ant problem in the kitchen and also there were only 3 chairs on the deck.
