First visit to OBX and cannot wait to return. This house was a pleasant surprise. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean. Even though it is a pet friendly home you would never know pets had been there. Ours included. Front porch was a added bonus. Hate to say anything negative but the beds need updating. If you have back problems..take an air mattress. We were happy to find extra beach chairs in the storage room and even a boogie board. Thanks for great memories.

This was perfect for our family of 4 and our little dog Caesar.The walk to the beach was down the road and up the next street.If you have a lot to carry do recommend driving.well kept house ,clean and roomy!

The house was great and comfortable for all of us! Could use better lighting in the kitchen work area and some extra light bulbs since some lamps and porch light needed replacements. We would stay there again!

We loved the beach house - it was perfect for our family size. Very clean and neat, and updated nicely. The only negative we had was that the mattresses were a bit worn, but I guess that is to be expected in a rental house. The owner called to see if everything okay and I thought that was nice too! The Realty office was very cooperative and helpful and we would certainly feel comfortable contacting you in the future. Thank you! Debbie Peterson

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the "Chez Coq Hardi" and this home was perfect for our family of five and a dog. The outside deck with coverage was like additional living space. In addition the airy feel with the vaulted ceiling and see through windows at the top brings in light and makes you feel alive. I recommed this house for the comfront and location!!!
