Convienent location to beach and amenties about two blocks. Pretty bare bones accommodations but good value for the $. AC upstairs not adequate for hotter days and the lack of deck/patio cover makes difficult outdoor use until after sunset. Nancy at Atlantic was great with customer service!

Our family of four stayed here two years in a row. The house is perfect for a smaller family. All of the rooms are nicely decorated with plenty of space. The location is perfect as well-within walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The street that it is on is quiet and family oriented. The only thing we wished it had was a covered porch. We enjoyed our stay both years.

We liked the look and location of the cottage. The beds were comfortable, and the owners provided most of the items needed for a great vacation. Funds for my family have been tight since the economy has slumped, so I really appreciated being able to negotiate a better rate for my family. Thanks for working with us. The only thing I really missed was a washer and dryer, but I would rent again with Atlantic and with this particular cottage.

The location was great, convenient to many activities yet relatively quiet and much more privacy than a hotel. The price was good. It would be nice to have a washer on the property.
