We very much enjoyed staying here in July 2010! The condo is large and nicely decorated. It has to balconies, one of them is screened. Even though, the beach is not within a walking distance, it is about 5 min by car. The place is kind of far from the Kitty Hawk restaurants (15-25 min drive), so if you are planning to eat out, you may have to rethink the location. On the other hand, nicely equipped kitchen compensates for that. We have several minor complaints that can probably be fixed easily for the next guests: 1. Wi-Fi in the house did not work even though we were able to connect with a wire (we were given a phone number to call Internet provider, but didn't feel like spending time on the phone while vacationing) 2. Dirty shower curtain in one of the baths 3. 2 of the blinds did not function properly 4. The A/C works in a way that leaves one of the bedrooms hot while the other freezing cold. We did not check out the indoor pool or tennis courts.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo by the Sound the last week in April. This three bedroom condo was immaculate and we were particularly impressed with the new dishwasher and washer and dryer in the spacious kitchen. The light streaming in the windows in the morning was exquisite. We slept in both the master and guest bedrooms and found both beds to be extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and enabled us to easily walk into Duck or to the beach. The one improvement we felt that could be made would be to replace the table and chairs in the screened in porch as they were quite old. Aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay here and will be recommending this property to friends and family in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We have three children and it was perfect for a family. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish and other amenities such as washer and dryer were great to have. The condo has a beautiful view of the sound. The children enjoyed crabbing off the pier and we could see them from the balcony/porch. The condo is convenient to Duck shops and restaurants, and it is in a quiet location.Atlantioc Realty staff was very helpful and informative.

It was a nice condo. Great view overlooking sound. Wish there would have been an outdoor grill.

I CAME ACROSS THIS ON THE INTERNET AND NEEDED A PARTICULAR WEEK AT THE LAST MINUTE SO I RENTED IT FOR MY FAMILY FOR 4 DAYS...WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE..CENTRALLY LOCATED BETWEEN KITTY HAWK AND COROLLA, WHICH ARE THE 2 PLACES WE GO SINCE WE HAVE 2 KIDS WHO LIKE THINGS LIKE THE AQURIAUM AND DRIVING ON THE NORTH BEACHES,IT WAS PERFECT WITH THE 3 BEDROMS AND THE SOUND VIEW,I CAN'T THINK OF THE LAST TIME MY WIFE AND I ACTUALLY HAD A DIFFERENT BEDTIME THEN THE KIDS...I WOULD RECM THIS TO ANYONE IT IS VERY COZY AND THE PEOPLE FROM ATLANTIC REALTY WERE WONDERFUL....

This was our first trip to the outerbanks...we had a blast. Our children enjoyed the pool very much. I was glad it was indoors b/c rain or shine we were there. Our rental was in a nice location in realtion to Kitty Hawk and Coralla. We really didn't mind the drive to either. I loved the view from the condo. The entire apt was well laid out and spacious...our 16 month old took to it like it was her own house. To say the least we've already decided to return again next year.
