  We were very disappointed in Duckin' Everyone! The house was a beautiful home except that the previous renter had a cat and allowed it to use one of the bedrooms as a litter box. The smell was horrible! We called Atlantic Realty immediately and they sent someone out to clean the carpet. However, this didn't help. If possible the smell became worst. After many phone calls back with Atlantic Realty we were given another home for our vacation however this home had not been cleaned from its previous renter. So, once again we had to contact Atlantic Realty and ask them to send someone out to clean the home. We had to leave the house for 3 hours while a cleaning lady did her job. This was very inconvenient for us due to the fact that we were exhausted from our 11 hour car ride and then the horrible experience in the first home. Overall we were very disappointed in the service provided by Atlantic Realty.

  We thought that this house was wonderful. As a matter of fact, we might rent it again next summer. We loved that it had a bathroom with each bedroom. We would have loved to have had a floor with a game room. We love a pool table, or an air hockey table or something along those lines! We also usually rent a home with 6 bedrooms but this seemed to work OK for us.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Duckin' Everyone. The location is great, immediately next to the indoor pool (sometimes it felt like our own private pool), a 5-10 minute easy walk to the beach, and less than 5 minutes to the sound. The house has only a charcoal grill, but there is a propane grill at the pool you can use. The pool also has two CLEAN bathrooms and a full size kitchen that guests are able to use. Even though the house is one lot back from the main road, we couldn't see the road & didn't have any trouble with noise. The house is nicely decorated, well maintained, and well stocked. Th deck furniture is beautiful & better than any house we've ever stayed in! The one small negative for us was that the upstairs is not as open as you find in most OBX homes. It's more of an L shape and the kitchen is around the corner from the living room rather than them being one "great room." This house is on the Northern end of Duck and is about two miles from the shops. There's a great path to town for either riding your bike or walking. We've been coming to the Outer Banks yearly for over 15 years. Some houses/real estate companies are better than others. We were very happy with both this house and with Atlantic Realty. The house was very clean when we arrived and the customer service at Atlantic Realty was outstanding!

  We stayed at Duckin' Everyone over Easter Break and had a great time. Beach walks and soaks in the hot tub were just what we needed to recharge and forget about the demands of everyday life. House was tastefully decorated and we look back to going back.
