We do an annual OBX trip and in the last couple of years have preferred Corolla and the Ocean Sands neighborhood. Atlantic Realty staff was friendly and efficient. This house met all of our needs, and we really enjoyed the location (quiet little cul-de-sac) as well as the layout. Having stayed in rental homes year after year, we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and comfort this home offered, and would definitely consider staying there next year. The ONLY drawback is the walk to the beach is a little longer than we are used to, and if you have small children (we do not) it may be a little daunting (although the house comes with a beach cart.) Perfect beach house for several couples/group of friends to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!

Our family had a very enjoyable experience at Coastal Dreams and we would go back again if the opportunity presents itself. We were not sure what to expect in renting a home that accepts pets, as our other rental experiences at the Outer Banks over the years were in non-pet homes. We were immediately and pleasantly surprised as soon as we opened the door to the home. It was clean, smelled fresh and was nicely layed out. We especially enjoyed the enclosed pool area, where we spent a great deal of time with our kids and our dog. There were plenty of chairs and tables in the pool area where we ate several lunches and enjoyed the quiet, private setting. It was so convenient having the washer-dryer right near the pool and outside shower because we were able to monitor switching loads while relaxing by pool-side. My kids also loved the HUGE box of legos and spent hours building new designs and creations. We really enjoyed the screened porch at night and I was able to relax and read on the sunny balcony each morning. The kitchen had all the essentials and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. It was really quite perfect for our family of 4 plus our dog. I would like to point out that Angela at Atlantic Realty, was especially helpful and accomodating to us, as we made rather last-minute reservations. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 12 years and have stayed at a variety of accomodations along the way (ocean front/ocean side/big groups and just our family -- in Duck and in Pine Island). This home was just as nice as any that we have rented anywhere and we would certainly consider coming back again. We thank Atlantic Realty for their wonderful service and professionalism.
