Ok,so first off,this is a change. This was our first time getting a house in a completely different area. The pool was nice,especially not having to share it with a bunch of other families. Very peaceful area. Let's do some pros and cons now......PROS- Quiet neighborhood, access to beach chairs and other items for the beach,private pool,plenty of room for everyone staying at the house. CONS- Cleaning of interior and exterior could be better,dusty ceiling fans and counters,exterior windows and corners have spider webs, weeds growing around the pool,pool and hot tub lighting doesn't work for evening swims, top balcony view could be much better if the tree was trimmed down. Overall, staying here was nice and relaxing.
